Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tak15 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in connection with your access to and use of the tak15 website, its sub-pages, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, live casino, wallet, and all related services (collectively, "the Services").

By registering an account on tak15, depositing funds, placing a bet, accessing any game, or otherwise interacting with any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. This agreement takes effect immediately upon your first interaction with tak15 and continues in full force until your account is closed.

These Terms must be read alongside the tak15 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms part of the binding agreement between you and tak15.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

Access to and use of tak15 is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which their account remains active:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity).
• You are at least 21 years of age. tak15 does not permit players under 21 to register, deposit, wager or withdraw under any circumstances.
• You are accessing tak15 of your own free will, for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on tak15 or under any active exclusion arrangement.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or using a third party's payment method without explicit documented authorisation.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or closed by tak15 for violation of these Terms.

tak15 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage. Acceptable identification documents include, but are not limited to, a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid Bangladeshi passport, or a valid Bangladeshi driving licence. Where proof of age cannot be established to tak15's satisfaction, the account will be suspended pending verification and all funds will be held.

Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of tak15 Services, you must create a single registered account. You may hold only one active account on tak15 at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held across them.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, registered Bangladeshi mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to keep this information updated at all times. tak15 accepts no liability for losses arising from outdated or inaccurate account information provided by the player.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tak15 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. tak15 will treat all activity conducted through your account as authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact tak15 support immediately via live chat in your account dashboard.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

tak15 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit identity documents before your first withdrawal, before a withdrawal that exceeds a specified threshold, or at any time tak15 deems verification necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on tak15 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). tak15 does not apply currency conversion charges on deposits or withdrawals made through supported Bangladeshi payment methods. The following payment channels are currently supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, and BRAC Bank.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your tak15 wallet in real time or within a short processing window, depending on the payment method selected. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method. tak15 reserves the right to modify deposit limits without prior notice. You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. tak15 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and any pending KYC requirements. tak15 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Refused Transactions

tak15 reserves the right to refuse, reverse or withhold any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably believes to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other violation of these Terms. In such cases, the relevant funds may be held pending investigation and tak15's decision shall be final.

4.4 Fees

tak15 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, etc.) or bank may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their respective fee schedules. tak15 has no control over and accepts no liability for third-party payment provider fees.

Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, tak15 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, tournament prizes and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonus offers carry a wagering requirement, which is the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, time limits and minimum odds (where relevant) will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

tak15 monitors bonus activity continuously. Actions that tak15 considers to constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; using automated software or bots to meet wagering requirements; collusion with other players to fulfil bonus conditions; and placing low-risk hedged bets across opposing outcomes solely to clear a wagering requirement. tak15 reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate bonus-derived winnings and suspend accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

5.3 Eligibility

Bonuses are available only to players who have completed all required KYC verification steps. tak15 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or participating in any game on tak15, you accept the specific rules applicable to that game or betting market as displayed on the platform. General rules applicable across all tak15 betting and gaming activity are set out below.

6.1 Bet Placement

A bet is considered accepted and binding only when tak15's system has confirmed the transaction and issued a confirmation reference. Bets placed but not confirmed due to technical error, connectivity issues or insufficient wallet balance are not valid. tak15 is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service interruptions on the player's side.

6.2 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a manifest error in odds, game outcome, payout calculation or any other element of a bet or game round, tak15 reserves the right to void the affected transaction and return the staked amount to the player's wallet. tak15 will not honour winnings derived from an obvious error or technical malfunction. All game outcomes are final once verified by the relevant game provider's server logs.

6.3 Sportsbook Markets

tak15's sportsbook covers cricket, football and other sports markets. Settlement of all sports betting markets is carried out in accordance with the tak15 sportsbook rules as published on the platform. Where a match or event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, affected bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant sport's specific rules. Cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures are subject to additional cricket-specific settlement rules.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

tak15 reserves the right to impose maximum winnings limits on any game, bet type or product. Maximum payout limits, where applicable, will be displayed within the relevant game or betting market. tak15 shall not be liable to pay any amount exceeding the applicable maximum winnings limit regardless of the mathematical outcome of the game or bet.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on tak15. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account per individual.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing or corruption of sporting events on which tak15 offers betting markets.
• Using tak15 for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds originating from criminal activity or proceeds of crime.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing tak15 staff or other players via the support system or any other communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise extract the source code of any tak15 software or game.
• Accessing tak15 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal and where tak15 has explicitly geo-blocked access.

Account Suspension & Closure

tak15 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a violation of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, any of the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7, failure to complete KYC verification, or where tak15 is required to act by a legal obligation.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request closure of their tak15 account at any time by contacting the 24/7 live support team via the account dashboard. If the closure request is motivated by concerns about problem gambling, the support team will follow tak15's responsible gaming protocol, which includes offering self-exclusion options before processing the closure. Closure requests are processed within one business day. Any verified balance remaining in the wallet at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method after all bonus terms have been evaluated.

8.2 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. tak15 will attempt to notify the registered email address before any dormancy fee is applied. A monthly dormancy administration fee may be deducted from the account balance after the dormancy period commences. The fee will not exceed the remaining balance. Responsible Gaming

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any tak15 content without prior written permission. Scraping of data, game outcomes or odds from the tak15 platform by automated means is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tak15 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including losses arising from:

• Interruptions to service, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, or platform downtime.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Loss or corruption of account data due to events outside tak15's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
• Gambling losses incurred through normal platform use.
• Changes to game rules, odds or betting markets made in accordance with these Terms.

tak15's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits tak15's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Privacy & Data Protection

tak15 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering and using tak15, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. tak15 implements SSL/TLS encryption on all data in transit and industry-standard security controls on stored data. tak15 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Amendments to These Terms

tak15 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, tak15 will notify registered players by email to their registered address and/or by a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated in the hero section of this page.

Your continued use of tak15 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.1. tak15 recommends that players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and tak15 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through tak15's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the support team.

tak15 aims to resolve all player disputes within ten (10) business days of receiving a formal written complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties agree to pursue mediation as a first step before any other form of legal proceedings. tak15's decision on matters of game outcome, bet settlement and account status shall be final and binding, subject only to manifest error as defined in Section 6.2.
